Android apps can morph from one that you like to one that annoys you (“app creep”). I show how to prevent that morphage. I use ES File Explorer as an example. I used to love that app until it suddenly changed on me by auto-updating itself. I also show a nice alternative to ES File Explorer. But the same principle will apply across the board – ANY app could automatically update itself and begin doing things you don’t want it to do. Take charge. Fight the bloat, fight the creep.
